Jessica Bertout, V.M.D., Ph.D.

Jessica Bertout brings over 15 years of experience in biomedical research to the team. As VP, Alliance and Program Management, she directs relationships with internal and external stakeholders ensuring optimal utilization of CIVO and, through strategic cross-functional communication, delivery of key mechanistic insights to Presage's partners. Previously, she co-founded a translational research company focused on discovering novel ways to treat disease in human and veterinary patients and in prior roles, directed the planning and execution of multi-site feasibility trials in both human and canine patient populations. Jessica earned her Bachelor of Science from Yale University, both her PhD and her Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine from the University of Pennsylvania and was the recipient of a Gilman Family Scientific Scholar Award from the Marsha Rivkin Center for Ovarian Cancer as a postdoctoral fellow at the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center.
